• Order info: items, quantities, shipping address, payment status.
• Artwork you upload (logos, mockup references).
• Conversation history with the AI assistant.
• Standard log data (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To fulfill your orders and contact you about them.
• To improve product recommendations and the chat experience.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors required to run the service: Stripe (payments), USPS/UPS (shipping), Google, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing Hello@merchbench.com.

Retention

We retain order records for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes. Conversation history is retained for as long as your account is active.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based controls and row-level security policies.
