1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Merch Bench (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must register and verify your email before placing orders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Orders & Human Review

All orders placed through the AI chat are reviewed by a human team member before production begins. We may contact you to clarify details or decline orders that violate our acceptable use policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout, including tax and shipping.

5. Mockup Approval

Production does not start until you approve the professional mockup we send you. If you do not approve within 7 days, we may cancel the order.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of logos and artwork you upload. You grant Merch Bench a license to use them solely to produce your order. You confirm you have the right to use any artwork you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merch Bench is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
