Custom-printed products

Because every order is decorated to your specifications, finished goods are non-returnable except in the cases below.

Before production

You may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the professional mockup.

After mockup approval

Once you approve the mockup, the order enters production and cannot be refunded except for defects.

Defects & errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved mockup, contact support@merchbench.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where we made an error.
